One more no more!

Can you believe it! It's been windy since Saturday afternoon; it has not been blowing less than 25 knots and today it's back to gale force, gusting to 42 knots. We are soooooooo over it!

So first we find the laundry and leave that to be taken care of, then we head to Paradise Beach for the day and forget about the yacht.

We enjoy the sun and refreshments and have a fun day relaxing as we are planning to leave tomorrow assuming the forecast is correct. The taxi guy reckons that if its not windy in Mykonos you should buy a lottery ticket, wish I could......

Back on the yacht I crack open my first Moët, yeah it's been too long. I was hoping to consume in the sun under sail but thats not going to happen for a while. I make some salmon / avocado appetisers and yum its really nice to enjoy even if we can't enjoy outdoors.

By 7.30pm we are back at our local bar / restaurant for ouzo and great Wi-Fi. We catch up on what we need to and chill out for a while.

First thing tomorrow we will be back at the Port Police to get our departure stamp and hopefully we are out of here; heading east to Turkey.

30 minutes later, and can you believe it, we have just rechecked the forecast and its OK in Mykonos tomorrow but blowing Beaufort 5 and 6ers where we are heading. How fing annoying. Greg has now made me the meteorologist so if I am happy to go we go but as it stands for tomorrow we are not going! Yummas!
